1. Services and scope
Consulting covers management systems for teams of up to 100 people, marketing departments, sales processes, onboarding, sales playbooks and scripts, performance-related incentives, social-media funnels and AI implementation. The client’s proposal specifies the actual assignment, deliverables, responsibilities and timetable.
The objective of up to 500 target customers per month is a planning objective subject to feasibility, budget and resources. It is not a guaranteed result. Consulting does not include regulated legal, tax, medical or therapeutic advice unless separately provided by an appropriately qualified professional.
2. How a contract is formed
An enquiry is followed by a written proposal and these terms on a durable medium, such as an email or a downloadable document the client can retain. The client can correct details before explicitly accepting. Silence, browsing and a Telegram click are not acceptance.
The proposal specifies available contract languages, whether and how a copy is retained and accessible, and the steps for acceptance and confirmation. Confirmation, agreed terms and any consent to start early are provided in a retainable format. Online checkout is not available in this version.
For consumer contracts, the mandatory information is provided at least in Spanish, as well as in the language used for the offer or chosen by the client where applicable.
3. Fees, taxes and payment
Fees for fixed amounts of consulting time: 1 hour — €1,000; 3 hours — €2,500; 7 hours — €4,000; 10 hours — €5,000. One hour means 60 minutes. Each package has its own fixed price rather than being calculated at a single hourly rate. The number of hours defines consulting time, not a project delivery deadline or a guaranteed outcome.
The individual proposal states the final payable amount, applicable taxes, tasks, deliverables, billable preparation and follow-up work, time accounting, payment method and deadlines. Additional hours, scope changes and expenses require prior agreement. The same packages apply to event and broadcast consulting and planning; production and external expenses require a separate budget approved before any commitments are made. No unagreed additional hours, purchases or expenses are charged.
4. Performance, rescheduling and cancellation
The parties agree meeting dates, format, information needed and deliverable acceptance criteria. Rescheduling and cancellation conditions must be stated in the individual proposal before acceptance. These terms do not provide for an automatically non-refundable fee or a no-show penalty.
Where a client is a consumer, mandatory withdrawal, conformity and other statutory rights prevail. Business customers do not automatically have the consumer 14-day withdrawal right; their cancellation arrangements are agreed in the contract.
5. Confidentiality, intellectual property and complaints
Project information is used only for agreed purposes, with confidentiality and appropriate data protection. Recording, publication of a client’s name, case study or testimonial requires a separate authorised basis. Ownership or licensing of deliverables, pre-existing materials and third-party components is specified in the proposal.
No clause limits liability where the law prohibits doing so. Complaints may be sent to the email or address below. Applicable consumer protections and jurisdiction are preserved. If a consumer complaint is unresolved, information on the relevant alternative dispute resolution body is provided where legally required; the discontinued EU ODR platform is not used.
